CEQUIN is committed to providing a safe environment to all its employees and safeguarding them from any harassment at work including sexual harassment. CEQUIN operates a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace, treats all incidents diligently and promptly to investigate all allegations of sexual harassment. Any person found to have sexually harassed a woman employee will face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from employment. All complaints of sexual harassment will be taken seriously and treated with respect and in confidence.
POSH Committee
This POSH policy follows the Act of Parliament and its notification and is as per provision of “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and Rules 2013”. CEQUIN is committed to ensuring that this policy is widely disseminated to all relevant persons.
